Job Summary: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for effectively representing the Labor Finders (Palm Beach Gardens, FL) brand across all social media channels and will lead in supporting nation-wide franchise locations in their digital recruiting and sales initiatives. The goal is to gain visibility and trust on digital channels, through expertise and authority in every phase of our customer’s journey. To accomplish this, the incumbent will be required to research, create, distribute, and engage across all our online channels and to push prospects through our marketing funnel. The successful incumbent must have a passion for social media and marketing along with the analytics knowledge and expertise to help our brand grow and thrive. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the incumbent will work closely with our Sr. Content Strategist.
Essential Job Functions: This is an individual contributor role, no people management/supervisory responsibilities.
The incumbent will provide expertise to enhance online presence in all aspects of social media and social engagements, while managing existing social media marketing platforms. Will create and manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals and must be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
+ Manage and update the social media content calendar for relevant platforms such as: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok.
+ Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports including key performance indicators (KPIs) and continually improving results through testing and new initiatives.
+ Monitor and engage regularly with audiences online; engage publicly as a thought-leader.
+ Lead in company reputation management efforts and strategies to enhance online reviews.
+ Ensure all online efforts and messaging are consistent with the values, overall story, and voice for the target audience.
+ Collaborate with the Senior Communications and Content Strategist to develop and amplify digital campaigns.

Education, Experience & Certification:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising preferred.
+ Four years of professional experience in social media, brand/personality management including organic and paid campaigns.
+ Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Fluency in platform management for videos, audio, and text
+ Intermediate level of Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
+ Experience producing / hosting social media videos, including IG Reels, Stories, TikTok, YouTube
+ Videography and/or video editing experience preferred
+ Hootsuite or similar social media management platform experience preferred.

+ Must be able to occasionally lift, move, or carry up to twenty (20) pounds.

+ Must be able to meet domestic travel needs up to 10% of the time.
