GCPRC’s 19th Annual Bernays Awards
Luncheon at the Airport Hilton in West Palm Beach
Sandy Collier, president of the Gold Coast PR Council (GCPRC), South Florida’s largest independent association of public relations, communications, and marketing professionals, is respectfully seeking nominations for this year’s Bernays Awards. GCPRC has given out these awards since 2005 honoring excellence in local public relations campaigns, marketing programs, and media coverage.

Nomination Submission Requirements:
- All entries must be for work done between January 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 ONLY.
- Each entry may be submitted in only one award category. The same entry may not be submitted in multiple categories.
- All nominations must be received no later than September 3, 2024.
Nominations can be Submitted in the Following Competitive Categories:
- Best Nonprofit Project or Campaign – Small (under $100K)
- 2023 Winner: Palm Beach Civic Association
- Best Nonprofit Project or Campaign – Large (over $100K)
- 2023 Winner: BlueIvy Communications
- Best PR Campaign by a Small Company or Firm (Under 5 Employees)
- 2023 Winner: Lisa Metcalf, Florida Atlantic University
- Best PR Campaign by a Large Company or Firm (5+ Employees)
- 2023 Winner: The Buzz Agency
- Best Social Media Campaign (Nonprofit)
- 2023 Winner: Boardroom PR
- Best Social Media Campaign (For profit)
- 2023 Winner: Christina Nicholson
- Best Special Event
- 2023 Winner: Palm Tran Public Transportation
- Best Crisis Communications
- 2023 Winner: The Buzz Agency on behalf of The Family Law Section of The Florida Bar
- Best Marketing Material (Video/Digital)
